If I could rate this service a zero, I would. After refinancing, this was the company that handled my case. They reduced my payment by just 20 dollars. It seems they have no regard for their customers. Communication is poor; they rarely answer the phone. I missed important deadlines due to their lack of response, and there are no banks nearby to help. Ultimately, I had to give up the car and file for bankruptcy, yet they continued to report late payments long after I closed the account. Even now, they are still marking me late as I attempt to resolve this. My bankruptcy has been finalized for almost two years. I am incredibly frustrated with this service. They provided no assistance whatsoever. Please stay away.

They are still marking my account late as I attempt to rectify the situation. My bankruptcy has been closed for almost two years now. I strongly dislike this company. They did nothing to assist me. Just yesterday, my car was repossessed by the company. Last week, I was playing phone tag with them. Today, I called to inquire about the payment needed to retrieve my car. They included September's payment, which isn't due until the 8th and has a 15-day grace period. That’s fine, but when the representative quoted me a $1050 repossession fee, I was shocked. Her sarcastic apology and assumption that I wouldn't pay was disheartening. I just started a new job, and their outdated system doesn't allow direct deposit for first checks, so I had to wait for my paycheck, which was today. On top of the $1050, there’s a nearly $45 processing fee for debit card payments only. It's disappointing how customers are treated. Additionally, my car was taken from my private property. I realize I should have been paying, but I wasn't even 60 days late. Life happens. I plan to pay to retrieve my car and manage payments moving forward, but that $1050 fee is absolutely outrageous, and the company should be embarrassed. I used to speak highly of them, but not anymore. I look forward to paying off this car and moving on. Also, the towing company holding my car is only open from 10 AM to 1 PM on weekdays. What a scam? Some people work during those hours, but I’ll make arrangements to get my car because I am paying.
Their customer service is terrible. I went to make a loan payment, and they refused to process it unless I emailed my driver's license. Then they claimed I couldn't make a payment because the account is under a male name, and I sound like a female. After an hour of back and forth, they still wouldn't process my payment.

Closing the account was a hassle; I had to transfer funds myself with a low daily limit, and they failed to follow up with me to finalize the closure. Don’t waste your time with this bank. It’s just too much drama.

This company employs questionable practices by forcing insurance on customers who have valid insurance that never lapsed. This happened to me personally; they placed placeholder insurance on my loan, claiming my insurance was canceled when it was not. After I provided proof, they increased my monthly payment by $200 and applied over $2,100 in interest penalties, effectively wiping out what I had paid over three years. Now, they are attempting to charge me again for $1,200 when my monthly payment should be $436 but has been raised to $614. I have provided verifiable proof multiple times showing that my insurance is current, yet they refuse to acknowledge it. I contacted customer service six times, and the issue remains unresolved while they continue to apply penalties and interest to my account. They have all my current contact information, yet they seem to be playing games.
I have been with this credit union for several years with few issues, unlike those experienced with traditional banks. However, this year, I have encountered the worst customer service via secure messaging and excessive fees. I used to receive responses within 24 hours, but my last message took two more attempts and 14 days to get a reply. When they finally responded, the lack of support was shocking. My complaint was about overdraft fees. I take responsibility for my mistakes, but I have notifications set up to alert me when my account falls below a certain balance. Every time I incurred an overdraft fee this past year, those notifications failed. Yet, I consistently receive weekly balance texts. One representative even told me I should 'monitor my account daily.' That’s precisely what notifications are for. I don’t know anyone who can check their bank account every minute. I inquired about issues with the notification system, but received vague answers or none at all. I recently logged in to follow up on a message I sent last week, and the entire messaging system has changed, making it impossible to find my open ticket. Unfortunately, I’m not surprised and have started looking for alternatives. I dislike the attitude. In today's world, where every dollar counts, I can’t afford to have a financial institution constantly taking my money. I would have tried to stay loyal after 10 years, but since I don’t have substantial funds with them, they seem to dismiss my concerns. Credit unions used to be different from traditional banks, but that’s no longer the case.
I wish I had researched this company before applying for a credit card. With an 800+ credit score and ample income, I can get approved anywhere else without a problem. However, I was denied by the credit union because I live in Colorado, and they don't service that area. They didn't even state this clearly; instead, they said it was due to being out of their digital footprint. When I suggested they should mention this on their website, they replied that they couldn't because there are exceptions. Now I have a negative inquiry on my credit report, and I wasted time online and on the phone to find out that they don’t service my area. Total waste of time—avoid this company.
Do not finance a car with this company. They will find every excuse to avoid refinancing. They clearly do not value their customers. I can't understand why my interest rate can't be reduced, especially since I've consistently made timely payments on my car. I'm stuck making high payments while all I ask for is a lower payment and interest rate. I will never recommend this company to anyone.
