The most useless. Organisation ever, illiterates working as agents . Lack of integrity and honesty. Irresponsible behaviour from staffs I was sent a bill and it got to me late. This made me have a missed payment on my credit report and affected my credit score. I called affinity water to explain it wasn’t my fault bill was sent late. Nothing was done. This was at the point I was applying for mortgage and I needed my credit report to be excellent, but affinity water spoilt it and did nothing after my call. No duty of care. All they care about is getting thier money. Unfortunate.
