Ordered a “add on” set when purchasing a larger set. Took over a month to receive the add on, which arrived missing several bags and instruction manual. Stand that was ordered did not arrive either. Constantly was given the run around about where and when my package would arrive. Demanded refund and was told couldn’t be given because the set was in transit which made no sense. Was sent a email with link asking what pieces were missing which I found funny because I have zero clue what pieces there are. Continued demands for refund and keep getting stall tactic emails. Filed complaint with BBB. sadly they are partnered with Gov X and Wounded Warriors and apparently claim to give a set to someone when a set is ordered. Would like to see if thats really happening. Scam artists
