My package was rerouted in transit. USPS confirmed the shipper (Affordable Bricks) was using counterfeit postage and was seized by the USPS. I will not be able to receive my package and Affordable Bricks has no contact number only an email that is undeliverable to.

Be wary of this group, they are reselling items you can purchase on your own via temu or aliexpress. They provide fake or inaccurate tracking info. Extremely slow to respond when asking for information. Even slower to respond when you have an issue. Play email games with you when you ask for a refund for the items you didn't receive. They falsely advertise that they have a 4 star trust pilot rating. I finally had to dispute the charges with my credit card company to get my money back. If I could give zero stars i would.

This company is a JOKE

This company is a JOKE! Listen, happy they made in America and helps Vets! yes! However, the customer service and communication is horrible. My som gave me the lighthouse for Christmas. When it came to testing the battery pack to run the lights and motor—it would not run. My son wrote them. Took a couple days to get a response which was send a video of the problem We did. They said they would send out a new battery pack. That was almost three weeks ago—nothing in the mail! No one will answer the phone—nor is there any info sent to us on a shipping date - or anything! LEGO, yes is more expensive—however—they respond to their customers. I was shorted a bag of bricks. I phoned in and within three days I had the bag of bricks in my hand. My son and grandsons and myself will NEVER buy from this company again. Spend the money and buy LEGO — they care for their customers.

Terrible shipping

Unless you have over a month to wait on delivery do not use. It took 5 weeks for my delivery to arrive and I paid the extra speed up delivery fee. When asked about a refund for the speed up fee completely ignored! Delivery sucks customer service sucks if you are a lego guy like me do not use this company...

I don’t even want to give 1 star

I don’t even want to give 1 star. I placed an order for 2 sets for Christmas gifts on Veteran’s Day. The tracking info they give says processing but after email after email with Adnon (and finally one with Joe), I was told that my order had shipped and I could get a 50% discount when they arrived since they weren’t going to make it by Christmas. I literally had to wrap a picture of the sets to give my kids because these were their big gifts (I spent almost $400). It’s January 8, and I still haven’t received the sets. I emailed again last week, and got another email from Adnon saying sorry for the delays but they are processing my order and it should ship soon. What?!! I thought it had already shipped! I am going to just put a stop on my credit card at this point because there’s no way this is a legit company and I am just getting the same run around each time. It always takes at least 3 days to get an email response because there’s no phone number and I don’t even think they’re reading them. This last response was obviously automated. My kids will be so disappointed and I feel like a jerk for telling them these sets were still coming.

Just like other reviews terrible…

Just like other reviews terrible service. Ordered 3 different sets from their US warehouse on Veterans Day and the 1st shipped fairly quickly but never arrived. E-mailed and got the run around. 2nd set shipped and finally received but it’s different from the pictures on the website. Just do yourself a favor and avoid them and just order through AliExpress or temu. It’s cheaper anyway.

Good Bricks, Poor Sorting, Very Frustrating

The lego bricks are of good quality, but two major issues - First, the sets I bought took forever to arrive and the company's shipping tracker is useless. I was getting shipping updates days AFTER the packages actually arrived. Second, and the biggest issue - the lego bricks are not organized by any logical method - not by build order in bags, not by size, not by color. It's a mess. You will spend WEEKS building a set, not hours or days.

Do not recommend this website at all

Strongly encourage everyone not to buy from this website if you want your order in a reasonable timeframe. Their website prides itself in “shipping 7-day guarantee”. It is plastered all over it. I have ordered my set on November 27th and got the message that it was being packed on December 20th. It took almost a whole month just to pack the order. This is after several emails with Adnan. All I got essentially from him was “Sorry we’re having issues, we’ll work on it in the next few days”. Needless to say I will never buy from this seller again. There’s plenty of better websites to order from.

This company does not deserve 1 star

This company does not deserve 1 star. It has been 50 days and counting and still no item. Tracking site is absolutely worthless and so is the live chat. In the future I will purchase Lego. Do not spend your money here, unless you want to wait forever for your item.
