Ordered two Star Wars sets, it took over two weeks to receive items. Upon starting to build the first set I came across numerous missing pieces and the motorized part of the set did not work properly, when motor is turned on the set does not perform as advertised. falls apart. Requested on numerous occasions to return item, as of today the only correspondence I receive from them is I can request missing parts by describing the part. Still no response on my request to return items. I would definitely not recommend this company. They indicate they are customer service oriented but in fact they are not. You can not contact them via phone as there is not a number you can call.
