I feel I am in the middle of the process but great so far. This is such an important, integral, and life-changing process that I knew would possibly be problematic for my situation but it’s cliche’ and true that ‘you only get 1 chance to make a first impression’ so I went for it. I had to for me. This office was referred to me and they certainly delivered on every concern I had without me verbalizing them. The office IS busy, but manages the traffic well. The staff are trained well for this and I was guided smartly by reception and made an appointment and in addition was given exceptional, professional, personal care which surprised me since I knew they were busy and just walked in. She reassured me and lived up to her words of ‘I got you’. I needed to hear that. The actions she took shows that she exceeded expectations and the team around her gladly took up the work she must have missed while meeting with me. THAT teamwork is why this office specifically deserve praise: because everyone cares and it shows. May God bless all of you and my heart goes out LOVE & RESPECT! John P
