I am so glad I happened upon Affordable Dentures & Implants. Everyone who works there is kind and helpful. Seriously, they were so empathetic and just plain nice, I started to cry when I checked out. Great teamwork, great dentist!
My girlfriend and I set up matching appointments. First off I need to say Affordable Dentures and Implants IS top tier! By far the only great experience I've ever had at which can be (is to me) the scariest thing a person could do and even make an appointment to have a Dr. drill into ones jaw in purpose. What a wonderful setting and beautifully conducted guidelines told by their perfectly knowledgeable staff. Comfort is established immediately. It's a serene quiet waiting room and the wait is zero. The Dr. was extremely empathetic.The only problem we experienced was we like I mentioned had matching appointments but we were running a little late and so we called a good amount of time ahead yet the operator on the line put us on hold for a time frame that put us behind and we inevitably missed out on being able to have the procedure done at the proposed time. So basically we weren't able to hold each others hands.They are great otherwise.
Very friendly, patient, and I really pushed them to get my dentures done because I needed to do interviews for my next job, and a beautiful smile for the job i am on delivering pizzas!
Hey I’m Richard the Virginia Beach location is the worst know office staff knows what there doing they did not give me any information on the procedures there web site is all wrong and very unprofessional they don’t do anything they speak for I will never use them again they billed my insurance over a month ago the call me a month later the day of my surgery wanting money harassment from day 1
The office personnel are very helpful. My second appt with them had me sitting in the waiting room over an hour past my appt. time. It took three times of redoing the denture before there was enough suction(top) for it not to fall out. I liked that the dentist handled two of the molds and made sure they were a good fit. He didn't pass it off to a tech. I will be coming back for implants on my bottom teeth sometime in April/May. I have already referred a friend who will be coming in for dentures very soon.
The beginning was truly difficult… having all top teeth removed. However, the nearly completed experience is absolutely worth it. I’m thrilled to be able to smile again without worrying about unsightly, damaged teeth. Huge thanks to the dental team and everyone involved. I can hardly wait for my permanent upper! That’s something I never thought I’d express. Thank you all at the service!
