They take your money and don't deliver

Please do not use this company. According to one of their employees they don't even own a dumpster instead they are just a third-party company doing a very unprofessional job and stealing people's money. First of all, they take the money out of your account the day that you order your dumpster and then DONT deliver what they already charge you for...in our case a 20 yds dumpster for $400 that was to be delivered on June 6th since we have a re-roof scheduled for the following day (7th) and on Thursday we didnt hear from them at all so my husband called to verified the delivery time and the told him between 3 and 6pm. We also told them when we ordered that we needed to make sure that it was delivered on time since we would be charge an extra $300 from our roofing company if they have to dump the shingles on a tarp on the ground and then take it to the dumpster because it would require extra labor. On Thursday we made sure to remind them of that and after 8pm and no dumpster I left them messages and emails almost begging these amateurs to make sure we get it before 7:30 am on Friday. The next day (Friday) my roofing crew had to call two more people to handle the debris and when we didn't get a call back from Affordable until after 7:30am when Justin (who knew nothing about it) called and I had to tell him the whole story he said that he would try to get us one but it would take time and to what I said never mind, don't send anything because we had already called BEEN THERE, DUMP THAT which by the way I highly recommend because they have excellent customer service and got us a dumpster by 8am and I'm very grateful to them. Then Chris called and I had to once again tell the story and he promise to send one and ask me if I still wanted it to what I reply NO! Then later at exactly 9:59 two guys that actually looked very lost, drove above the speed limit past our house and got in several driveways before trying to back up on ours and I met him and asked him to stop and then he said Chris told him to deliver that dumpster to us and I said that I already told Chris that we didn't wanted it because we had already called another company and that they were supposed to deliver it the day before; then he called somebody and left. At that moment I felt that they did that to make sure they can say they delivered it, but we have a copy of the contract and it said to be delivered on Jun 6th not 7th so it was too late. At that moment I felt they would use that to steal our money which it was confirmed that afternoon when yet another lost person called me to ask what happened, I told the same story for the FOURTH time and asked to deposit our $400 back to which she reply that there may be some charges and I told her that in any case and if they were an honest company they would pay the extra $300 expense that we incurred thanks to their lack of professionalism. THEY STOLE OUR MONEY ($100)!! PLEASE BEWARE AND KNOW THAT OTHER COMPANIES DONT CHARGE YOUR CARD UNTIL THE JOB IS COMPLETED!!! The good thing is that I stay home and will spend hours posting reviews in every site possible to make sure people don't get scammed by them like we did, and I will also open a complaint with BBB (done it) and with the FTC because they are scamming people out of their money, I will contact the state attorney general, DCA, CGSO somebody will hear me and investigate them. How dare they charge me $100 if they are the ones who broke the contract and literally didn't deliver? And how can a company charge you for goods they don't have? I know is just $100 but they used bad practices to get them, and I vow to protect other people so that this don't happen to them. I will make sure somebody investigate their business practices because you cannot go around taking sensitive information like bank information from people and feel entitle to get money out of their accounts just because you want to. Thank GOD for social media...now on my way to Yelp and Google!
