This is my first time traveling with affordable world and my experience so far has been underwhelming. It started when I had to call your customer service representative who was rude and I had to ask her to stop rushing me and spend time answering my questions so I didn’t have to keep calling back. Secondly, your website is not very user-friendly. Thoroughly it was a huge debacle with our group based on the number of people who wanted to fly business class. I feel like we were dealt the old switcheroo as many of our prices went up for flying business class and all of a sudden those of us flying business class had maybe 72 hours to pay for our airfare in full, which seemed odd and makes me wonder if our group was singled out. I am very disappointed thus far with my experience with affordable world and have no plans whatsoever to ever travel affordable world again.
