Unfortunately, we were not as impressed with this trip as we were with our prior trip. We felt a lack of consistency as we multiple tour guides and not one throughout our trip. When we messaged the tour guide of the day asking for assistance urgently as one of the members of our group had fallen and broke her leg, we never received a response and still have not been acknowledged. In addition, we purchased a sunset tour when we booked the trip because it was advertised as being the cheapest cost and 2 of our tour group members booked it that day at half price. I submitted a picture of our reservation and a copy of the receipt the other group member had from their purchase that day to show the difference and respectfully request a refund of the difference in price. Again, when I contacted the tour guide of the day, she said that that was out of her control. Very dissatisfied with the communication and contact.
