This was the first time booking through an agency for me. They were easy to work with but that's about all that new positive. The hotels looked nothing like the photos of where we stayed. The accommodations were 2/3 stars at best. The rate to upgrade your tickets are astronomical compared to if you booked yourself then upgraded. I will just arrange everything myself next time and save money.
