The exception being the cost/duration of shipping, but these things are actually quite understandable, especially during the pandemic. There was one time when I hadn't received an order when I was supposed to, but customer service was prompt and friendly, sending me a replacement shipment free of charge. They have a great selection of products, and despite shipping costs, they usually have a lot of awesome promotional sales going on which helps to add value to your purchase, making the shipping more justifiable.
