Great service to shipping timing. Prompt. To my own demise lol, ordered 2x of each “free” bonus) item provided. Did not receive. I shamefully take the boos n neighs. and sour potatoes. However! They did toss in strip of each off brand in as a thx. Free ones appear weak. Brand ones appear “there”.
I am very dissatisfied with the service and communication from this company. I received tracking information 6 days ago, but it still shows as pending with the postal service, indicating that the item hasn’t actually shipped. This is after the company assured me they would resend my items on two occasions. The latest commitment was made 6 days ago, yet there has been no progress, no shipment, and no substantial update. Instead, I’ve been put through unnecessary steps while they continue to stall, seemingly hoping I will give up. This situation starkly contrasts their advertised “100% money back guarantee,” which they have not upheld. The lack of clarity, repeated unfulfilled promises, and constant delays have been extremely frustrating. Terrible customer service. I would highly recommend that others reconsider before making a purchase.
Ridiculous prices for EU shipping. Pure greed. They say they ship from EU to EU but that is not true. They charge 38€ for shipping (I have company that ships to eu, 38€ shipping costs are for packages over 15-20kg and to far away places) and extra 50% of your order for “handling fee”. Was told it is to cover UK warehouse, but why are we importing to UK then to EU????? Why are we from EU covering UK import and fees and warehouse???? Disgusting behaviour.
You really cannot go wrong ordering from this vendor. Yes… It does take some time to deliver but that’s expected when your order is coming from half way around the globe. I’m just writing a review to let others know that in my experience they are legit and a pretty good bargain for what you’re gonna find anywhere else.
Product arrived safely and without (serious) issues. Product exactly as described, top quality, and really great prices when purchased in quantity. Would recommend to others and will use again myself. Unaware of a seller better anywhere.
