I realized the mistake within minutes and reached out immediately, but was told nothing could be done — no change or cancellation — even though the order hadn’t shipped.The rep escalated it, and a VP replied repeating the same policy and closing with a dismissive “we wish you the best.” It came across as inflexible and unprofessional.I’ll try to recover the package through my landlord, but it’s unlikely I’ll ever receive it.
