I've been with Afrisight for 4 years ... I was very pleased with the rewards and it took me 2 years to accumulate the amount I was targeting. When I tried to withdraw the minimum wasnt available for my country . And there were still rewards pending dating back to 1 year prior. When I raised the issue it was corrected. When I tried to withdraw once again not available in my Country. I left it. I tried again and saw the migration after migration I raised the issue that all my rewards was not moved over to the new site. This was ignored after months of struggling I could redeem $10 in airtime as PayPal function wasn't visible . I was happy and now today at this hour I've been struggling for too he last two weeks to redeem my rewards . Customer support sucks . I sent a mail. My mail was ignored . I'm just tired of struggling. I'm a mother of 3 and a student . I work full time and I need the extra money . But this is not right . My time is precious and to complete 20 minute surveys is time I will never get back. You guys should atleast payout the rewards as promised. The surveys get answered so the least you can do is answer our queries
