I don't know how afrisight manages to invite me to participate in a survey but they can not solve my withdrawal ( to my bank and mobile money) issues.its has been over two months now I've been complaining but no one from their team has been able to help me. This new platform has spoilt everything
I like the new design . It is easy to navigate and the mobile money payout option works best for me. Afrisight we told you our challenges and you addressed it and solve it for that THANK YOU. But please i still have a pending survey from last year October, It’s been 5 months the survey is still on pending.Please look into that for me. Good job!!!
I've been with Afrisight for 4 years ... I was very pleased with the rewards and it took me 2 years to accumulate the amount I was targeting. When I tried to withdraw the minimum wasnt available for my country . And there were still rewards pending dating back to 1 year prior. When I raised the issue it was corrected. When I tried to withdraw once again not available in my Country. I left it. I tried again and saw the migration after migration I raised the issue that all my rewards was not moved over to the new site. This was ignored after months of struggling I could redeem $10 in airtime as PayPal function wasn't visible . I was happy and now today at this hour I've been struggling for too he last two weeks to redeem my rewards . Customer support sucks . I sent a mail. My mail was ignored . I'm just tired of struggling. I'm a mother of 3 and a student . I work full time and I need the extra money . But this is not right . My time is precious and to complete 20 minute surveys is time I will never get back. You guys should atleast payout the rewards as promised. The surveys get answered so the least you can do is answer our queries
Afrisight Team i am very dissapointed😥 because my survey reward is still pending since last year and i have a balance of $6 on the old platform still balance has not move into the new platform and I have sent you an email since last year and nothing was done till today.

I have already complained about the issue I am having in not being able to withdraw on this new platform. Anytime the payout option is enabled, both mobile top-up and bank transfer, it will not load any form to fill. When I clicked on any of the options, it would just load a blank page and nothing to fill. Am unable to attach for you to see the issue. Also I have about 5USD on my old account which is yet to be migrated.
I just cashed out my reward in form of redeeming airtime, it was fast and flexible however I really wanted to redeem through PayPal which has been unavailable for some time. Kindly work on the PayPal cashout payment for us.
Even though the payout to bank account indicator wasn't highlighted, I withdrew money only for it to say pending. I sincerely hope it won't turn to rejected like all other attempts. We'll see. Then boom! I checked and it's rejected again. Unfortunately, there is no customer support channel so I am on my own.
The platform is legit and processing of payments via flutterwave is within seconds.The only problem is the chatbot on the platform is not really helpful,otherwise everything else is superb
I wish I could place a ZERO STAR! Why should we put our energy, time and resources into completing the surveys, yet we cannot withdraw the funds?????????
The old site was much better, because I was able to withdraw funds without much stress!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! What is happening to AfriSight?????? Where are our funds??????????????
Why cant i withdraw my funds since you moved in this new platform ah every time i select flutterwave method it just displays the white screen and nothing else happens and is this a problem in Tanzania only or please help me withdraw my funds since!!!
