Again, another attempt at withdrawing via sochitel failed despite getting a "your mobile top up payout was successful" message. This has become one too many and leaves a distasteful experience. Also, despite several complaints, my withdrawal to bank option is still limited at $15 per month (instead of per week) and customer service has neither been able to explain why nor rectify the issue in weeks.
The confidence I have and loyalty to the platform is fast eroding and this is quite sad.
