As others have noted, the spam breaches are incredibly frustrating, but the customer service is exceptionally poor. I ordered three products, and they took a long time to arrive. The moisture spray was completely separated, had a terrible smell, and was dated 01/01/25, despite the description stating a six-month shelf life. The 'customer service' team has refused to offer a refund or replacement, claiming the product is in good condition! They are violating marketing and consumer rights laws. STEER CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY. The back-and-forth process for a refund (or replacement) is utterly ridiculous.
