Exceptional customer support

The customer support is exceptional! While it can be a hassle to store products in the fridge or deal with spoilage if left out, I believe this just highlights the natural quality of the items, which is a plus. The moisture spray and Chebe butter are fantastic, and the cowash has taught me so much about hair care—how have I been using shampoo all this time? These products make my hair incredibly soft, even with my 4c coarse texture. I highly recommend them. I'm saving up for their serums. The sample of the Chebe hair and scalp serum sold me instantly! Shipping does take a while, but once it arrives, all the waiting anxiety disappears. A perfect score!

No Delivery of Order / No Response!

I ordered five products for about £91 during a big pre-Christmas sale advertised on social media. I placed my order on December 2nd, and as of December 29th, I am still waiting for delivery. I have emailed the company several times without any response or update. Interestingly, I received an email asking about my experience with the products, assuming I had received them, but unfortunately, I have not. Is this company still operational, or have I been scammed?

Spam overload

I am receiving constant email spam, and now they've started sending me text messages as well. There has been no response to my customer service emails, and my unsubscribe requests are ignored. Terrible company. Avoid at all costs.

Disappointing experience

Communication was terrible; my order took about three weeks to arrive, and the smell of this product is so unpleasant that my son refuses to use it. I believe it was a waste of money. I'm not satisfied with the high cost, especially considering the postal charges were around £6 for a small jar. I definitely won't be purchasing again.

Appalling customer service

As others have noted, the spam breaches are incredibly frustrating, but the customer service is exceptionally poor. I ordered three products, and they took a long time to arrive. The moisture spray was completely separated, had a terrible smell, and was dated 01/01/25, despite the description stating a six-month shelf life. The 'customer service' team has refused to offer a refund or replacement, claiming the product is in good condition! They are violating marketing and consumer rights laws. STEER CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY. The back-and-forth process for a refund (or replacement) is utterly ridiculous.

I wish I had discovered it earlier

I placed an order during the Black Friday sale totaling £769 for hair and skin care products, and I must say I'm very impressed with the service. After a week without my order, I called the provided number to inquire. The representative explained that due to high order volumes, processing might take 14 working days, especially for items with rare ingredients. Since receiving my products, I've been using them with my children. All breakage has ceased, and my bald patch is filling in (their formulas truly work!). My hair feels moisturized and is much softer than before. My son has eczema, and the skin care items have worked wonders for him. Honestly, I wish I had found this sooner; it's like the Rolls Royce of hair care. Well done!

Product received not full; long wait

I waited almost four weeks for my products. After several calls and messages, I eventually mentioned I had run out of one item and received my order the next day. Unfortunately, one product was only 2/3 full. I'm really disappointed, as these items are quite pricey.

Persistent spam despite opt-out requests

I've been receiving daily text messages from the company despite multiple requests to be removed from their mailing list. This is frustrating and shows a lack of respect for customer preferences. When someone opts out of marketing communications, that request should be honored quickly. Instead, the spam continues without end. This poor practice has completely deterred me from considering their products in the future. I recommend the company review their marketing practices and ensure compliance with data protection regulations. Respecting customer communication preferences should be a basic standard. Until they resolve this issue, I cannot recommend doing business with them.
