I ordered a product, but the delivery company sent confusing information. After contacting them, I received no updates. When I followed up after over a week, they informed me of a delivery issue and said a refund would be processed, but I’d need to reorder if I wanted the items. They offered no real apology, despite my urgent need for the items. Very poor customer service and communication. I won’t be ordering from them again.
