The first few sold were returned for a full refund due to strange particles. I contacted them with evidence, but they ignored me. After persistent calls, I was met with dismissiveness. I was told to return the remaining items, but I would incur losses for the opened ones. No apology or partial refund was offered. £300 wasted. If you’ve bought from them before, reconsider.
