Very displeased with customer service representative Katherine.I put a cancellation request in within the 24-hour window. She lied for whatever reason, saying that it couldn't be cancelled as it wasn't within the window. I sent proof, but her lie/error meant that I was now unable to refund the order.I contacted the company and made a complaint to them, but I am very annoyed by this mistake. This person should have easily been able to check the facts, seeing when I ordered and cancelled. However, I had to provide screenshots myself to the company in a follow-up email to prove that she was incorrect, and I should have been able to cancel.I was unable to get the money back for an emergency I needed it for.Thanks Katherine.
