I would rate it less than one, but you have to put something. I ordered my product April 27 of this year today is June 17 and I still have not received my order. I emailed and was told that my order would be to me shortly. They said they were keeping track of it But that was not the case. My order had not moved since May 20 again I spoke with him and now they said they’re sorry for any inconvenience. This may have caused and if I would like them to resend the product or issue a refund this was an awful experience. I was so looking forward to getting my items. A friend of mine ordered, she got hers she loved it. I don’t know if she went through this company But yeah I don’t appreciate how this was handled and yes, I truly believe this was it is a scam.
