Got my order. A month later I see another charge for $30. I email immediately and am told that I "signed up" for a membership with my original purchase. I did not do so knowingly. They are telling me I cant get a refund because of their return policy. I am reporting them to my bank. This company is fraudulent and shady. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY!Also, the authentic "African" sponge came from China -_-UPDATE: After telling them that I had begun to dispute the charge with my bank they magically were able to process a refund despite their "return policy". Don't give these folks your money.
