This company has been taking $29.99 from my account every month since July 2025 for a subscription I NEVER signed up for. On top of that, they added international transaction fees each time.When I tried calling the telephone number posted on their website, my calls were dropped after selecting each prompt. I finally got in touch with someone via email and they only refunded the subscription charges — but not the international fees that their unauthorized billing caused. That means I’m still out money because of THEIR mistake.This feels like a scam operation. Be warned: even if you manage to get a refund, you may not get all your money back. I would strongly advise avoiding Afroscrub and protecting your financial information.
