If I could give this company a zero

If I could give this company a zero, I would. I placed an order on June 12th. Shortly after, I read several concerning reviews, so I immediately called to cancel the order. During that call, I also requested that any subscriptions be cancelled.The order itself was promptly cancelled, but in July and August I was still charged $29.99 each month. I emailed the company and was told their policy is not to refund subscriptions. I responded right away, reminding them that I had requested cancellation of both the initial order and any subscriptions. I again asked for a refund, but received no reply.At that point, I contacted my credit card company and filed a dispute. I also tried calling the number I had originally used in June (here you go: (833)-834-1314). The first call was disconnected when I received another call, but the company actually called me back—only to hang up. When I called again, they hung up a second time.Ultimately, the dispute was processed, and the company issued a single refund on the same day. I had to remind them that the charges were for two months, not one. I also again requested written confirmation that ALL subscriptions had been cancelled and no further charges would occur.Their communication is terrible, their practices are shady, and dealing with them has been nothing but frustrating. Please, don’t buy from this company.
