I noticed a charge from Afroscrub on my account today. I only ordered once, in May, but saw that I was charged in June and again in July. I DID NOT SIGN UP FOR THIS! I tried the phone number on the website and the call keeps dropping after the second prompt. I emailed and got a response that I signed up for a subscription at checkout. I saw on my original order an item for Premium VIP Support & Early Access to New Product Launches for FREE. I didn't select this. I asked for proof that I signed up for a subscription and why didn't I receive confirmation of said subscription. I then received notification that my subscription was cancelled. I then received notification that I will receive a refund for $29.99. The order summary shows Premium VIP Support & Early Access to New Product Launches for $29.99. THAT is the subscription.If you see the Premium VIP Support & Early Access to New Product Launches on your order at checkout, uncheck it if you don't want recurring charges. You may be getting charged and never receiving the product or it may be delayed. Too much to try to keep track of. I did get notification that I'll be refunded for both months, I'll wait to see if this happens. I also got a call back from Afroscrub from 833-834-1314 asking about my inquiry. Just be careful.
