I bought some of their net sponges for myself and as gifts. The estimated arrival was approx 4 days. The fast delivery was part of why I made the purchase. It took almost a month and multiple excuses from the company to arrive. I noticed that as I checked out they make it look like you receive a "gift" with your purchase. Well folks, that "gift" is an automatic subscription that you haven't asked for or signed up for. All of a sudden they are charging me for the same order I made and sending 4 more sponges! I told them I did not order these and to cancel the order. They have been very politely stalling, taking extended amounts of time to answer, and when they finally do respond, they are intentionally ignoring my request to cancel the order and refund my money. I have asked multiple times and they have not once addressed it. As I write this I am on hold with my bank's fraud department to get this transaction reversed and try to block them from being able to complete any future transactions because I don't trust that Afroscrub will do it on their end. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! There are other retailers that you can buy african net sponges from that are reputable and do not do shady things like Glownetic does. Do yourself a favor so you don't end up sitting on hold with the fraud department of your bank, DON'T SHOP AT AFROSCRUB!!!!!!!!!
