I ordered two purple AfroScrubs and two red AfroScrubs from AfroScrub. While the purple scrubs were correct, they sent me two pink scrubs instead of the red ones I paid for. I contacted them immediately, explained the mistake, and even offered to return the pink scrubs so they could send me the correct red ones.They refused to send the correct items and refused to refund my money for the pink scrubs I did not order. Instead, they told me I could reorder the red scrubs myself with a 15% discount on a future purchase. This is completely unacceptable — I should not have to spend more money to receive the items I already paid for.To make matters worse, AfroScrub advertises that their products are shipped from Africa, but my order came from China, which feels misleading.I will not be ordering from AfroScrub again and cannot recommend them to others. Customers deserve honesty, correct orders, and fair resolutions when mistakes are made.
