Ordered 4 for my family I got an email stating the order had been delivered when I contacted the company to ask why I had not received the items as per the email they said that I had read the message wrong when my items finally arrived. The item themselves were lovely however a couple of days later a second payment left my bank account and I contacted them to dispute this only to be told I had signed up to a subscription and because I had signed up to the subscription it was my fault that the payment was coming out. I disputed this and asked them for a refund and to cancel the subscription and they only offered me a 20% refund on my subscription further emails back-and-forth and trying to contact them at all available ways possible (emails, website etc) They came back to me and advised that they only offer me a 40% refund and my payment because I had clicked and chosen to pay the subscription. Please do not use them. It’s another way of trying to get money out of you and trying to get your money back is absolutely ridiculous. I’ve now had no option but to go straight to my bank and report them to the fraud department and this is not a pleasant experience at all.
