Scammers
I bought a scrub (buy one get one free) and a soap last June. Come to find out in August they had taken a payment (also in July but I’d missed that) that I hadn’t authorised and I hadn’t signed up to any subscription either. Contacted them and the didn’t acknowledge the fact I hadn’t signed up for a subscription they just said they would cancel it. They didn’t reimburse the £46 they had taken but I was just glad they’d cancelled their unauthorised subscription….or at least I thought they had. Had notifications that another £23 was pending from my account today. Have to contact the bank tomorrow to dispute the payment but they wouldn’t cancel the pending payment as they say it’s already left my account. Probably have to close that credit card account now as they’ll always have access to it now.
