I started using this in April for a 8 weeks then stopped due to a busy schedule and haven't used it since. I thought it was really helping at first because I noticed baby hairs. Now my head is full of bald patches I didn't have before. I regret ever buying this. I'm so upset and I tried to contact them via email on 25th July but nobody bothered to reply.
