Working with Afsennah honestly changed my hair journey. When I first went to her, I was dealing with scalp psoriasis and hair loss, and it was really affecting my confidence. As a model, my hair goes through a lot with constant styling, heat, products, and stress, so it was scary to feel like I was losing control of it.
She really took the time to understand what was going on instead of just giving me random treatments. She explained everything, created a plan that made sense for me, and actually followed through with real care. Slowly but surely, my psoriasis improved so much and my hair loss became manageable. My scalp feels healthy again, which I didn’t think was possible at one point.
What I love most is that she genuinely cares. You can tell this isn’t just a job for her. She’s passionate, knowledgeable, and very honest. I feel safe trusting her with something that’s such a big part of both my confidence and my career.

I would rate the oils by negative!Plus the SUBSCRIPTION SCAM!Shame on a company like you to make scam like this to let people pay 3 orders, plus that their oils makes me feel physically sick and hard headache and the customer service are the rudest thing that I have ever dealt with.
I wanted to make a singular order and must've accientally opted in for their subscription model in which they keep sending you the product EVERY MONTH. I reached out to them and explained that I didn't want that option and that I just wanted to order the product one time. Their answer is disappointing: They force you to pay at least three times before they let you out of the subscription model. Since they are not providing a service or anything but just ship a product to you I think it's ridiculous that they don't let you cancel the subscription after telling them you purchased it on accident. Scammy vibes and zero costumer orientation. I would've reordered their hair oil for sure but seeing how they dealt with me showing zero cooperation I will never give a cent to this company again.

I’ve been using this hair product for a few weeks now and I am absolutely stunned with the results! My hair feels so much softer and looks much healthier. Normally, I struggle with frizz, but this product keeps my hair smooth and in shape all day without feeling heavy or greasy.The scent is fresh but not overpowering, and the texture makes it really easy to apply. A little goes a long way, which means the product lasts a long time.What I love most is the shine and manageability it gives my hair. Even after blow-drying, my hair stays soft, bouncy, and full of volume.
I love her products! My Hair was thinning and had a lot of frizz. Since I am using her products I got so many new hair! It got so shiny and thick, I will never use anything else again! I received this oil on the 9th may and tried it for the first time on the evening of 11th May - as soon as I applied the oil to my hair the smell was overwhelmingly disgusting. It smelt like garlic and sour smells all over my hair. I tried to persevere and wrap my head as followed in tutorials but the oil made me physically sick and after a couple of hours I had to wash the oil out of my hair. The oil was also so much darker than advertised on the website and in their social platforms. The next morning was Monday 13th straight away I requested a return label to send the item back and also sent an email to customer service. On Wednesday 15th I received a response saying that because I had reported it to my bank that they wouldn’t send a replacement or a free bottle . I haven’t reported it to my bank - I tried to log a return on Klarna but don’t have a return label. Please note that at no point I have asked for a replacement or a free bottle. I simply want to send the item back for a refund which is proving impossible. Since then I have still yet to have received a response. My return has not even been approved so I cannot send the item back. This is not a £10-15 oil. It cost in excess of £90 for a bottle of oil and the customer service is absolutely awful. The products are super pungent smell and this should be disclosed before hand. I am always so reluctant to leave bad reviews but I feel like for the price tag, responses should be better and clearer.
This product is amazing! You just need to be consistent and ask yourself, how much do I really want this.I’m a postpartum mum, and despite having very little time to myself, I ALWAYS make sure I oil my hair every week! Consistency is key!Love how everything is customized 💕
