Ladies please don't waste your time and money on Afsister wig. The wigs you see on the models in the videos on YouTube, etc., are not the wigs they ship to us. I purchased a 8 inch deep part blunt cut bob and received what appears to be a 12 inch bob. I immediately contacted Afsister via email to inform them of the error they made and that I would like for them to send me a return shipping label so I can ship it back for exchange for the one I purchased. They asked me to send pictures and I obliged. They had the audacity to suggest "I trim it myself or visit my local hair salon" (mind you I just spent $165). I replied "unfortunately I'm not a hair stylist nor am I interested in visiting a hair salon due to COVID". Still not offering a return shipping label (they just ignore that request) and offer me a "huge" discount (15% off) off the next purchase as if I'm going to make the same mistake twice. They continued to play LET'S MAKE A DEAL for almost three days. At that point I realized they weren't willing to issue a return shipping label and without an address I wouldn't be able to return the wig. I then logged into my PayPal account and filed a claimed for a full refund. Afsister immediately emailed me and asked me to cancel the chargeback and offered more coupons, gifts and a free wig. I told them I wasn't interested and just wanted a full refund. Their response was since I filed a chargeback there was nothing they could do for me and that it would take a long time to receive a refund. Five weeks later PayPal closed the case in my favor. I received a full refund. I still had to pay the cost of shipping the item back to Afsister...TNS AAJLI70 ALEPH DRSTE 3NEWARK, DE 19702302-345-1506Thank me later.P.S. The best wig companies in my opinion is LUVME HAIR and IDEFINE WIGS.
