This company is incredibly disappointing! I ordered a wig, but the one I received was not what I expected. I've emailed them twice over the past two days to initiate a return for the poor-quality product they sent me, but I've received no reply. I strongly recommend buying from a place that allows returns if you're not satisfied. I really wish I had looked at the reviews before making my purchase.

After only the second wash, the hair started to come out of the lace. I bought this wig in May and initially thought it was beautiful. It was easy to install after the first wash. However, after a few weeks, during the second wash, the hair came out, leaving bald spots. I contacted the company and sent them pictures as requested, but now they aren't responding. I won't purchase from this seller again.

I had a very disappointing experience! I ordered a custom cap drawstring wig with HD lace. What I received was a cap that was far too large. I have a 19 1/2 inch head and ordered a 20-inch circumference. It was not a custom wig cap at all. I disputed this with the payment service, but the company insisted it was what I ordered. Such a waste of money and the customer service was terrible. Buyer beware.

I ordered a wig two weeks ago and it never arrived. When I contacted the company, they answered in a foreign language. When I disputed the charges with my credit card, they claimed I received the merchandise. I will never order from this seller again.
