I accidentally set a preferred payment date to Sundays, which caused issues with my payment schedule. After noticing this with two recent orders, I reached out for help to fix it and reschedule my payments every two weeks. They made the changes, but later I removed the preferred date. When I tried to use the service again, I found my account frozen. After contacting customer support, I was told it was frozen because I had requested to reschedule my payments three times. I explained that my last two requests were solely to address the strange payment schedule, but they didn't seem to understand. I spent over an hour on the phone, only to be told they couldn't assist me and that I kept requesting to reschedule. It felt like they were reading from a script and not truly listening. If you make an honest mistake like I did, be prepared for your account to be frozen without reason. I've never experienced such poor treatment from a company before. I'm still waiting for a supervisor's call, but I doubt it will happen!
