Update: In response to the service addressing my earlier feedback, I provided proof that the seller had not met its obligations (only one item was set to be shipped) and I had requested a refund for the other item due to extended stock delays. However, the service sided with the seller, claiming they had fulfilled their duties, and simply closed my dispute without any communication or opportunity for me to respond. It seems they didn’t even review my case thoroughly. This service has been a major letdown. I won't be using them again. Original Review: I have utilized this service for some time, but this was my first encounter with a dispute involving a seller who accepted payment but failed to deliver the product. I filed a dispute a week ago, and so far, there has been no communication, no updates, and no one to contact. I might need to reconsider using this service for online purchases, as other platforms are much more responsive and reliable.
