I had an Afterpay account and was only the beginning. I had some issues with my bank card and hence couldn’t have the sum paid that night and so it went in the very next morning early,, I reached out to AP support but no one got back to me in time and then charged me an additional 10$ that I paid post that a AP customer service team reached out asking for detail and later had charged me again another 10$ without coming to a final conclusion. I felt unheard and robbed . Yes I paid the other 10$ , beware of how they communicate- they don’t respond on time and charge you the money while making you think they’re investigating your situation.
Not a pleasant experience- I recommend zip pay anyday.
