The customer service is horrendous I referred a friend for 30$ off and the promo ran out at 6am on the day I went to use it. Like why is a referral bonus even running out for inviting new customers to the platform. I then tried to speak to support and they tripled down even at the highest point of support and told me to go complain to Australian Financial Complains Authority if I'm unhappy. Genuine kick in the gut for referring a friend. Never using this service again as I cant even bank on the support helping me in any situation.
