I ordered a package from a seller on 12/3. As of 12/15, no one has been able to provide me with any information on its location. I attempted to contact the support team, but all I received was a response directing me back to the seller. This is unacceptable and reflects poorly on their business. I plan to contact my credit card provider to report this situation.
