I placed an order with a seller on 12/3, and as of today, 12/15, I still have no information about the package's whereabouts. I reached out to the support team, but all they say is to contact the seller. This is unacceptable and reflects poorly on their business practices. My next step will be to reach out to my credit card provider to report this issue.

Unfortunately, I can only give 1 star. It seems as useful as a bucket with a hole. I've been tracking a package since November 1, 2025, and it has had multiple updates without actually being delivered. I've emailed for information about the courier, but only received generic replies. Their lack of customer service is shocking.
My experience with a representative from the support team was quite disappointing. The follow-up email had a sarcastic tone, which is unprofessional. Communication should be respectful and constructive. Based on this interaction, I would not recommend this service to others.
I was billed for a plan I didn't sign up for, and I can't figure out how to cancel it. They make it impossible to unsubscribe, and the charges keep coming. The app has numerous bugs; my return settings are incorrect, and I keep receiving items that shouldn't be eligible for return. Customer service's responses are unhelpful.

There’s no way to reach the carrier for assistance, and the automated chat offers no help. This service seems pointless, especially when issues arise.
The service was terrible. Even after canceling my account, they continued to take payments. I had to send numerous emails to different representatives, and none provided helpful responses. They refused to issue a refund, and I had to fight for it. Very frustrating.
