I placed an order with a seller on 12/3, and as of today, 12/15, I still have no information about the package's whereabouts. I reached out to the support team, but all they say is to contact the seller. This is unacceptable and reflects poorly on their business practices. My next step will be to reach out to my credit card provider to report this issue.
