After deciding to cancel my car insurance after a year, the call center support was minimal, yet they assured me the cancellation would proceed—no mention of any outstanding balance. I then received a threatening email demanding payment of an overdue amount within four days. Communication was inadequate! It was under £30, but I don’t believe it was owed. I paid it to avoid further issues with the company—I'm dissatisfied and will avoid them in the future.
