Worst customer service experience. Ordered 4 bras, would only refund me for 2 cheapest returned items claiming that the others had marks on them. Explained these are exactly how I receive them, they weren’t even tried on but they wouldn’t take no for an answer.I don’t know what’s happened to this brand but it’s gone downhill. I’ll never buy from them again and wish I’d seen how bad their reviews were before I ordered!
