This company is not trustworthy and I think they are a scam. I emailed them before I signed up because when you sign up for an appointment they make you put in a credit card number but I still had 5 weeks on my old medication so I emailed them before I signed up and asked them when I would be charged because I didn't want to be charged for the month that I still had medication and they emailed me back and said I definitely would not be charged until after my consultation appointment and so I signed up and they charged me immediately. It took me over a week and about seven emails to get them to refund that money. I told them I wanted to cancel my account and that I needed some time to figure out if they were trustworthy enough for me to go forward with. And then today on the first of the following month they charged me again. I believe they are a scam and cannot be trusted. Do not give them your credit card information. I have called them again and requested a refund and told them that for real they need to cancel my account but we'll see if it actually happens. Be cautious.
