I signed up for Agile Telehealth in December 25. Had my first appointment with Dr Muhammad at the beginning of Jan 2026. First month was fine. No complaints. I got my Semiglutide within a couple days. After my 3rd injection, I called to schedule my next appointment with the MD as instructed. I was told there was a glitch with n the scheduling software and that someone from the scheduling team would contact me within 24 hours, they did. All was okay. This month, I took my 3rd injection on Tuesday, called to schedule my appointment and was told again, glitch with software- it wasn’t showing any appointments available for March, my $199 was already debited from my account. I was told that someone would be in contact to schedule within 24 hours. I have called back every 24 hours since and I have been told the same thing, it’s being escalated and someone will contact me back, I still have yet to have an appointment made and no one has called me back. Today I request a refund and an account cancellation. I was told that my refund request has been denied due to my order already being processed. But there was no order since I have not met with the doctor AND there was no order shown in my portal. I requested to speak to a supervisor, I was told there was no supervisor for me to be sent to. I was told that they would note my dissatisfaction and they , once again, would escalate My request to be contacted asap. I have emailed, texted and also reached out to the company via LinkedIn. They do not have a BBB account, shocking I know, for me to file a formal complaint. Neither does Open Loop, which is who processes the payments. It looks like I have lost my $199, which I am not okay with. I will continue to try to recoup that, if anyone has success in getting a refund, please share how. I definitely do not recommend Agile Telehealth, and I have contacted Health Equity and notified them that they should stop promoting them to their account holders as it is most likely a scam,

They do not actually do any service. When I try to call for a coaching appointment I get put on hold for 5 minutes and then sent to a voicemail. The medication I got could not have actually had any active ingredients, and when I complained to support they apologized, "escalated my issue", and ignored me.

Response to response:
Interesting that you take the time to respond to my review, but made literally zero attempt to respond to me when I was a paying customer. That says a lot. I called and emailed as a customer 7 time total and was never helped.
