The company charged me $299 twice before I even met with a Dr. Once I met with the nurse (who was clearly not in the U.S.) she prescribed the wrong medication. It was not the one we discussed and also not the more expensive one they charged me for. They said that they changed the rx, yet now they can’t give me a delivery date. It has been more than a week since I met with the “nurse”. I was trying to switch from another company and not have any lapse in my medication so it’s important to get it in a timely manner. No other company has charged me before shipping OR taken as long. If this was not through Health Equity which is my employer HSA, I would be certain it was a scam. I am hopeful that it’s not. Regardless, who charges SIX HUNDRED dollars and doesn’t ship a damn thing? Horrible.
