I returned one of two pairs of AG jeans because it didn’t fit. The return process felt intentionally difficult, and it took three weeks to process. When the refund finally came through, AG credited me for the cheaper pair, even though their own return note clearly showed I sent back the more expensive jeans.I emailed customer service and forwarded their own documentation proving the mistake. They ignored it, implied the error was mine, and refused to correct it.For a “premium” brand, this is unacceptable. I told them to keep the money. They’ve lost a customer, and I’ll make sure others know why.
