If I could leave 0 stars I would!!I am extremely upset with how my order was handled. I ordered a pair of jeans over a month ago, and when they arrived in the wrong size, I immediately returned them for an exchange. The return was lost in the mail, and I had to call multiple times. Every time I was told, “They will ship out tomorrow,” yet nothing ever came.When I called again, I was told that when they “finally received” my return, there was supposedly blood in the “private” area, and they would not refund me. This is absolutely untrue. I never even tried the jeans on, and I most definitely did not bleed in them. To be accused of something like this was insulting and very unprofessional.After arguing with them, they eventually agreed to refund me, but it should have never gotten to this point. This was handled poorly from start to finish, and I will not be ordering from this company again.
