I bought a new Glory SE, and while it worked initially, it suddenly stopped connecting to the network and became unusable. The service team has been unresponsive. I also purchased an H8; after two weeks of use, it turned off while charging and hasn't worked since. After waiting three weeks, I was advised to send it back at my expense, and they would evaluate the issue. This has been a disaster!
